Essential Oils

Essential Oils have literally been a lifesaver! They have given me relief with my IBS, TMJ, and terrible Menstrual Cramps, when nothing else can. So how far have I gone into this natural living, essential oil realm?Here is what I have done so far.
-I wash dishes with my Theives Dish Soap
-I was my hands with only essential oil soaps
-I use natural lotions infused with essential oils
-All my skincare is natural and essential oil infused
-I have started using natural makeup by Hardtfelt Skincare
-I clean with essential oils
-I diffuse Lavender and Cedarwood every night before bed
-I am trying the essential oil shampoo and conditioner
-I use essential oils for my TMJ, IBS, and Cramps
-I use essential oils to calm down my dogs
-I use essential oils to cook
-I use essential oils for my attitude
-I use essential oils for my sex life

I have incorporated them almost completely into everything I do. It is a learning process and I must say I will never be done learning.
