I will not lie to you that I was SUPER scared to workout at the beginning of my pregnancy. I did not think I would be able to do any workouts or feel safe while actually breaking a sweat. I know so many of you felt or feel the same. It can seem like no big deal to workout or to not work out but trust me the benefits are 100% worth it! :)

- PiYo Define Upper Body: It about 19 minutes and is easy to accomplish but still gives you a good push.
- PiYo Define Lower Body: It is around 23 minutes and is one of the best active stretches for your lower body.
- TurboFire Hit 15: It is hard but it is only 15 minutes of cardio and makes you feel like such a Super Mom when you are done.
- 21 Day Fix Extreme Yoga Fix: It is advance but there is an amazing modifier. It is 30 minutes long but of pure stretching.
- PiYo Strength Intervals: It is 25 minutes of hard work but it is all easy on your joints and no jumping around. Be ready to sweat.
