Abs are Made in the Kitchen Ladies, so You NEED to Crush your Meal Plan

I know we all know how important what we eat is. We all know you can't eat doughnuts, cake, and ice cream all day and have abs and a nice booty. But how do we stay successful on a meal plan. Dieting is hard and not fun at all. It leaves you feeling deprived, depressed, and having all kinds of cravings. In my opinion dieting does not work. What you eat and don't eat needs to be part of your lifestyle. So to successfully transform how you eat you need a lifestyle change or at least I did.

My lifestyle change came in the form of the Fixate Meal Plan. I got these color coded portion controlled containers in the mail with a book and I also ordered the Fixate cook book for more help. I learned and read about it all. I honestly thought it was the stupidest thing ever. But I did it because at the time my IBS flare ups were happening left and right and I needed a change. So I tried it. It was hard and challenging and I have to admit I have never been able to successfully not cheat once on the meal plan for more than a week. But I look at food so differently. I don't see grains as a staple for all meals like I grew up thinking. I mean as a kid and teenager grains were about half of your plate right? I mean don't tell me I am the only one who ate spaghetti with breadsticks, mac'n'cheese with hotdogs and buns, or just waffles for breakfast. I had to drastically change how a see my plate.

Now I get it. I understand that my goal is to eat as many fruits and veggies in a day as I can. Why? Because it is hard for me to eat a lot of that. So if I focus on it I will eat less of the foods I want and eat more of what I need. The containers changed my life. I swear by them. Feel free to reach out to me for more info on the Fixate meal plan.

I also wanted to share with you my tips that any one can use to help fix your meal plan problems. Check out the video below!
